Weight Gain Chart
All along I have been thinking if the weight I am gaining would be healthy for the baby. I wasn't sure whether the fastfood (no burgers) I ate are beneficial to us both. Then I found this chart.
All you have to do is subtract you pre-pregnancy weight from your current weight and you should be able to see whether you are gaining more or less that what you should be gaining.
I weigh around 90 lbs. on the average before I got pregnant and now I weigh 112 lbs. I'm 5'4" so technically, underweight ako pre-pregnancy. I think it's ok for me to gain 22 lbs. at this time.
